Refund Policy

We have a NO return policy for beauty items. We updated this policy after COVID-19 for the safety of customers according to e-commerce government law.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be wrong that you received from us, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@beromt.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods (including beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that if you have received the wrong product from us and what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In case you reject or fail to accept the order and the order is sent back to us, then we will be deducting the following charges from the total order amount and refunding you the balance amount only:

  • Shipping charges: Rs. 99/-
  • Return shipping charges: Rs. 40/-
  • Packaging charges: Rs. 20/-

Video for Refund / Return Claim

To initiate a refund/return claim, customers must submit a video recording of the unboxing or opening process:

  • Start the video by showing relevant order information, such as the order number and order details.
  • Before starting the video, show the product properly in a 360-degree view in the same frame.
  • Record the unboxing process, focusing on the product and any packaging materials.
  • The video should clearly show the product and its packaging.
  • Inspect the product thoroughly, focusing on any defects, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Capture a clear image of the bill. The video should not be cut and should be continuously captured in the same frame.
  • Verbally articulate the reason for the refund and provide specific details about any issues encountered.
