Benefits of Pedicure:

  • Appearance : Keeping your toes always groomed and polished is always nice and it can make you feel sexy and sleek when wearing a nice pair of heels or sandals.
  • Nail Health: Buffing your nails doesn’t just make them look shiny and tidy but is also important to circulate blood flow to the area. It increases the flow of nutrients which are vital for nail health and growth.
  • Feel Good:  Pedicures can include massage and getting your legs and feet massaged can be a great way to relax and release tension. Pedicures are very relaxing, putting your mind at ease gives a real confidence boost, and pampering.
  • Colours: Nail Polishes are fun and there are tons of colours to play with, to fit any season or any occasion, your therapist will also use a base coat to protect your nail plate from getting stained. A top coat will also be used to keep your colour intact and help the nail polish long lasting.
  • Prevents Corns And Calluses: When you scrub and peel the dry dead skin on a regular basis, you ensure to get clear off the dry skin that can cause painful corns and calluses that may make walking around extremely difficult. Your therapist is able to scrub and exfoliate your feet to help soften and remove the dead dry skin especially around the heel and big toe area.
  • Preserves Skin’s Moisture: A pedicure includes rinse in lukewarm water and massages with oils and lotions that help preserve the moisture and integrity of your feet. Moisturized feet are less likely to get blisters, cracks etc. It is also important to keep your cuticles moisturized to prevent nails from growing out with ridges or split ends which can cause the nails to lift out of the nail beds.
